T20 World Cup 2024 is scheduled to start from the 2nd of June in the USA & West Indies. The ICC Men's T20 World Cup 2024 will be the 9th edition of the t20 World Cup 20-over showcase. After reaching the finals of the Asian Qualifiers of the T-20 World Cup, Nepal will also participate in the short-form carnival of international cricket for the second time. After a decade, Nepal finally booked its place in the T20 World Cup 2024.

T2o World Cup 2024 fixtures and Format :

The 9th edition of T20 World Cup 2024 is scheduled to start from 2nd June to 29th June in two nations USA & West Indies. This time alltogether 20 teams are featuring in t20 World 2024 including Nepal.

These twenty participating nations are divided into 4 groups each of  5 teams. 

Group A: Canada, Ireland, Pakistan, India, USA.

Group B: Australia, England, Namibia, Oman, Scotland.

Group C: Afghanistan, New Zealand, PNG, Uganda, West Indies.

Group D: Bangladesh, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Nepal & Netherlands.

Each team will play four matches in the group stage. The top two teams from each group will proceed to the Super-8 round where two groups of four teams each will be formed and the top two of them will play the semifinal then the winner of the semifinals will advance to the final. The final is scheduled for the 29th of June in Barbados, West Indies.

1. Nepal vs Netherlands in T20 World Cup

-The Nepal cricket team will face the Netherlands cricket team for the first time in the big munch of the T20 World Cup. They both played against each other in ODI and t20i several times but in World Cup cricket this is the very first time, they gonna play against each other. The match between Nepal vs Netherlands is scheduled for the 4th of June and will be played at Grand Prairie stadium, USA.
